Phantom Blade Zero on PS5 and PS5 Pro

Base PS5: Performance and Quality Modes

Everyeye.it's comparison (October 26, 2026) lists two graphics modes on a base PS5: Performance at 60 FPS with a resolution it describes as 2K, and Quality at 4K and 30 FPS. It reports that Performance holds 60 FPS during boss encounters, at the cost of thinner foliage and some pop-in.

Review coverage compiled by Output Lag agrees that base PS5 Performance mode mostly holds 60 FPS, with drops in the rainy Pangzhen region.

PS5 Pro Enhanced: Three Modes and Ray Tracing

The official PlayStation page marks the game as PS5 Pro Enhanced. TechRadar reviewed it on PS5 Pro and lists Quality, Balanced and Performance modes: Balanced runs at 40 FPS with dynamic 4K and ray tracing, and Performance targets 60 FPS.

Everyeye.it adds that PS5 Pro offers a ray-tracing option and that PSSR upscaling keeps Performance mode sharp, with occasional stutter.
